Colleen Moore is a campaign strategist, activist, and communicator, with experience in leading advocacy campaigns on progressive foreign policy and national security issues. Prior to Women Cross DMZ, Colleen was the Digital Engagement Manager at Beyond the Bomb and Global Zero, where she worked to galvanize support for the global elimination of nuclear weapons, including passing US legislation on No First Use, decreasing the Pentagon budget, and justice for impacted communities. She is passionate about forging a just world free of militarism. Colleen received her Bachelor of Arts degrees in International Relations and Political Science from Hobart and William Smith Colleges and a Master of Arts degree in International Relations from American University’s School of International Service.
