Elisha Choi is the US National Organizer for Women Cross DMZ. Before joining WCDMZ, Elisha worked at UNICEF USA as a Community Engagement Associate where she supported youth programming for national UNITE Club members and volunteers, including registration operations, retention and recruitment analytics, and volunteer communications. She was also a part of a research team led by Dr. Kee Park, Director of the Policy and Advocacy Program in Global Surgery and Social Change at Harvard University. In 2018, Elisha volunteered for the International Olympic and Paralympic Committee at the PyeongChang Winter Games. She volunteers for several faith-based community initiatives and her passions are Korean peninsula reconciliation, human rights, civil rights, humanitarian aid, social justice, diversity, equity, belonging, and amplifying the voices of the next generation. Elisha has a B.S. in Public Health and a minor in Political Science from Rutgers University.
